Course Description

Product Teams are cross-functional teams who guide the development of their products. As a product grows the number of teams required to support it grows as well. The current ways of managing teams results in a slow down in delivery speed and increasing bureaucracy. Product Teams are a way of scaling product development while maintaining the speed and effectiveness of small teams. Product Teams identify and fund the Stream Teams who will build the product. They are responsible for setting the strategy for the product, hiring and upskilling people, defining the ways of working and the establishing the culture of the teams. This course goes into detail in each area to help Product Teams effectively managing empowered Stream Teams.
