Cross-functional teams work very differently to project/delivery teams. We describe the processes, practices and ceremonies for real cross-functional collaboration.

- Forget handoffs. In a cross-functional team, everyone works on the same thing at the same time.
- Tracking Work
- No handoffs means no Ready for Design or Ready for Dev columns. Learn how to set up and manage a Kanban board for cross-functional work.
- From Reporting to Continuous Transparency
- Communication shifts from a push model (reporting) to a pull model (transparency where people can access information when they need it).
